How to remove an unwanted state from proseries basic

My ProSeries Account allows me for 4 states. Currently I have 4 states but 2 of them are not wanted and needs to be replaced. How do I make this change in ProSeries Basic Edition -2020??

Have you licensed the States? If so, there is probably nothing you can do unless you can convince Customer Support that you did NOT print or e-file a tax return from that state. If you can argue that you accidently licensed them when setting up the software, then customer support may be able to help you.
