How to print labels without initializing each client one at a time?

I thought I could just hit F9, then save to initialize, but cannot figure how to do that other than one client at a time. Any way to initialize all clients at once?

highlight the client at the top of the HB list, hold the shift button and highlight the client at the bottom of the HB list so all clients are highlighted....now choose Print and Print Client Labels.
