How to delete program generated form

Client has no dependents. The left forms in use list is showing F8812 and no matter what I do it will not delete it. I went to forms list and couldn't delete it there. I opened the form and clicked on the remove form option and it keeps popping up. Got any suggestions?

when you enter the zeros, the form doesn't get included with the return.

Marking the crypto box NO for 99% of my clients is a waste of time too.

it's on every return. as you know, has to do with the ACTC for this year only. For those w/o any ACTC...open the 8812 form. Check yes on A1. Put -0- on B1 (and B2 if Married). Takes approximately 7 seconds. For those with some ACTC, you will, at some point in time this year, be glad that Intuit reminded you to check on this, and input accurate amounts.
