It looks more desirable to me, mainly because 95% of my clients are out-of-state and it allows for signatures to be immediately transmitted to me on any form, like 8879 and bank products.

Unless you are not a professional tax preparer/adviser, I'd stay away from software that do not appear on the list of industry journals such as those below.  Imagine that even respected professional tax software developers can't always get things right with their experience and resources, what are the odds that you can rely on products from smaller players.  Not that they are poor products per se but I just wouldn't want to take my chances.

Yes, the tax software company, but I can only find a handful of reviews, even though they've been around for a number of years it seems.

Note that IRS requires KBA for electronic signatures on 8879s.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

It looks like this has been resolved but I use TaxproLink. I use to be a franchise owner for this company and now he just does the software sales only and now I have my own remote service. It is a super easy system allowing you to chose forms or interview mode. It reminds me of CrossLink and Jackson Hewitt system. I have never had an issue with support but I agree, Kristen is the best!! Hope this helps someone 🙂
