Form printing wrong amounts

2018 VA form 760 line 4A and 4B are dropping fifth spot on the number being shown, therefore not printing the correct amounts on a printed or PDF copy of the return. The deduction is up to $12,000, the printed/PDF shows $2.000, the system is calculating correctly, and shows on the screen the correct $12,000 amount. Please fix.

I'm going with "black pen" as the solution for now.  But no rush since VA is not processing returns right now anyway.

All these stupid little problems are getting sadder and sadder by the day.  How or why would this even get screwed up? Is nobody proofreading or testing their coding before releasing into the wild?
