Form 8453

[SL2020]

What is causing 8453 to print when it is not required .  I have attached a pdf of security sales to the efile return .and the form should not be printing.  How do I prevent the printing of this form when efiling since it is not required.

I "think" if you used Code M on any of the stock transactions, it triggers the 8453
