Filing Instructions not printing

Just this morning when trying to print return in Pro Series Basic it is not printing the filing instructions, only invoice and on. I checked that the correct box is checked off and tried in filing, client and preparer copies. Any one else experiencing this?

    The filing instructions are not printing for me either and I have ProSeries Professional.  What is the issue here???

    Do you have the little box checked to print letters in the print options?
