Filing deadlines for Texas

Is there a place to note in ProSeries, individual and business, that the IRS has extended the due date for tax returns in Texas to 6-15-20?

There is not a checkbox to indicate the return is impacted. The IRS uses the addresses to determine if the return was in an impacted zone.

For the most up to date information on the Texas deadline, see: IRS announces extensions and tax relief for victims of Texas winter storms.

That post will be updated with more information as it becomes available.

@IntuitCharlene Will the software be updated to reflect the extended due date for TX, LA & OK?

Things like payment due dates and extension filing due dates are affected.

Many people have asked and you keep pointing them to the IRS info.

The more I know, the more I don't know.

When will Intuit update their software to reflect the changes? It's been three weeks since IRS issued extension for TX. All my clients are in impacted zone so I know the software is not updating the due dates correctly.
