I can't access my files from 2016-2018, according to the message on the screen, I need to update my software in order to have access to my INTUIT account. My software is updated!!! and i'm still have the same message. Does anybody know how to "update the software"????
From within proseries try refresh updates. then if that doesn't work go to windows start, and try repair updates for each year.
Its not clear whether you can open the program at all, or just the files. Use the update options in the Windows Programs menu to update if you cant open the program.
