federal amend efiling

I can't efile a federal amend for 2019.

Followed instructions, but I must be doing something wrong.

Yes you did do something wrong.  If you are talking an individual return, you didn't wait for e-filing to open up on Feb 12.

    Obviously I didn't see the right release date.
