Fast Path

I am trying to efile my first client of the year - says I need Fast Path - says needs EFIN doc - sent renewal for 2020 - said wrong doc - need original EFIN app - sent that - says wrong - don't have account - anyone else have same problem?

Call customer support... they are the only ones that can take your money (as Fast Path isn't free...).
