    Id run Repair Updates from the Windows Programs menu (this is for 2019, but 2020 has the same choice)

      This is a blocking rule for a formset error. Sorry its so cryptic, a fix is being worked on and should be available sometime after 11am PST. You won't need to update PS.

        I SOLVE MY OWN PROBLEM.  I CLOSED THE PROGRAM, PROSERIES, RE-START AND HAD UPDATED.  MY E-FILED RETURN WENT THRU AND NOW IT FILED AND ACCEPTED BY THE IRS.
