Error code 3 when opening client file

Hi,

After the crashing issues with Proseries, I've had 2 clients now that can't open and it says error 3. Support couldn't help and said the file is corrupted and I have to re-do the return. Does anyone else have a better solution?

There was an update today that allows you to run proseries in safe mode... there was an alert about it... give it a try

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
