Emailing/Saving Password protected PDF

Is anyone else having a problem with emailing a password protected PDF? Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Although it looks like it's going through the steps and processing, the file does not get saved, so the email does not send.

I personally would never do it through ProSeries. Don't trust it to ever work. Most people use alternative software or client portals.
