My federal and state tax returns are ready to transmit.  

I save them.

I get the screen where I select what I want transmitted.

The two boxes won't accept my click!

Do you mean the EFcenter?   If you highlight the client files and click the EFNow button on the toolbar, you can't check the bubble to convert and transmit and hit OK?

    Have you clicked on the "ready to e-file" in the client file before trying to convert the return?
