Efiling failed for "duplicate filing"

I did not efile, nor did the client. Does this mean her SSN was compromised, and we need to mail the returns? Any advice?

Possibly compromised, could be a mistake, either way you'll need to paper file.

MY FAULT!

She is a new widow. It occurred to me while showering that I likely mistyped her SSN. THAT was the problem, duh.

UNBELIEVABLY, Virginia withdrew the (large) tax owed twice, both with the correct and incorrect SSN efiling!
