I e-filed a tax return for a client on April 9, 2021. Pro-series e-fling history shows the return was accepted on April 9, 2021. It was a direct deposit refund return.
Taxpayer is a resident of Florida, so there was no State tax return filed.
The IRS has no record of receiving the return for this taxpayer.
I have confirmed the SSN of the taxpayer. We filed for the taxpayer in 2018 and 2019 also
with no problems.
How do I confirm with Pro-Series the return was actually filed ?
Can Pro-Series trace the filing through ?

WMR is NOT a source of reliable information.
You have a submission ID on the 9325, you could call PPS or EServices and see if they can track it down, but no info on WMR and delayed refunds are common this year.
