2018 Federal Return was E-filed unsuccessfully.
Error message says "The version of ProSeries you are using is no longer current......" but I have already updated my software several times. I already went to the update menu and selected "update installed products" several times. I keep Re-Efiling and keep getting the same error.

But did you go to the "refresh" updates, just below the regular updates?

I don't use PS - but this seems like a really odd way of handling updates.
Yes I did go to "refresh updates" but still received the same error.
