E-file
I e-file a federal and state tax return on October 14, 2020. Now my client's status is "Return Ready to E-file". The 9325 says the federal was filed electronically with the Andover Submission Processing Center. The state (VA) says it was filed on October 14, 2020. The client called the state tax department and was told there is no record of their return being filed. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on what I should do?
