E-File Returns

I am trying to submit a 2019 return after going through the transmission process the EF Status says "Return Ready to Transmit"

I'm snowed in, in South Jersey, but did I miss February 2 through 11?

Problem sorta solved:

You cannot file until after Feb 12, but still not sure why it will not transmit to intuit. I am hoping this will be corrected on Feb 12.
