e file problems

I can't do E file Transmission today. Is somebody having the same problem?

What does "can't do" mean? Will the file Convert but not Transmit? Does it fail and give you a message at any point?

The system does the conversion but not the transmission

The return is converted but the transmission fail

does the file have an attachment? I know this happens when the PDF you have attached is too big
