E-file amended return
With the IRS e-file system for individual returns shut down for maintenance, I am assuming that a 2019 amended individual return cannot be e-filed at this time. Once the system is up for the 2020 filing system sometime in January, will a 2019 amended return be able to be e-filed at that time?
