debit date must equal system date error

2019 NC CD401S payment due with return.  Error message debit sate must equal system date.  Changed date and now have error message debit date must be 1 day in the future.  I am unable to clear error and cannot efile.

I saw someone have a similar complaint about the state of VA (I think it was).

Do you have the option to make the payment directly on the states website rather than using the software?  Probably quicker and easier than futzing around with support and trying to figure out whats wrong.
