Coping client files from Basic to Professional
I am attempting to help a fellow ProSeries user with a transfer problem. I need to transfer 2020 Form 1040 Basic files to the 2021 Professional version. I have researched via Intuit and found the steps to accomplish this. Everything goes fine until I attempt to “select all” to copy the Basic 20Data files. It shows no files to transfer. I know they reside in the 2020 Basic version but simply cannot get them moved. I have checked and then rechecked the steps but no luck. Any suggestions???
