    Computed died

    My computed died. Was able to download 2018 Pro Series and works perfectly - 2019 and 2020 won't allow me to log in - tried downloading several times - Technical was on phone for two hours - no help

    Have you tried uninstalling and then installing 2019 from the 2018 program and then 2020 from the 2019 program?
