Cloud based proseries

Is anyone else having issues with the cloud based proseries? I am using it for the first time this year, and am not very happy with it! I get kicked off quite a bit, find that the connection is slow, and not sure if this is a cloud based program issue, but am finding bugs, things that are not working! Just wondering what you guys are experiencing.

It seems there are a ton of posts on Cloud Hosting, Intuit Link and E-Signature problems - with some being very serious.  Reached the conclusion to stay away from these products.  They sound great, but......

I am been using the cloud for 14 months and only this month is slow and crashing. but it got better this week. 

hope they fix it because I like the system, it makes my life easier.
