Client refund is still processing
Hi All,
I e-filed a client return with a form 1099-B for Bitcoin Sales from cash app. She had no cost basis, so all of it was taxable. I answered yes to virtual currency question on the 1040. The tax refund is still processing 2 1/2 weeks later. I tried calling the IRS tax practitioner's hotline and no one answer. The client is getting frustrated. Has anyone else experienced the same delay?
