Changes in calculation after filing return
I Filed a return and It was accepted. When opening the return I found a statement saying, "ProSeries has detected that the amounts calculated in this return have changed since the return e-filed. Please review the changes if an amended return needs to be filed. What do I do in that case. Do I need to prepare an amended return? I called a few days ago and one of your associate told me that I do not have to do anything, the IRS will make the changes because of the new tax law changes. Is this true or do I need to amend the returns?
