It is being reported that major internet and cell service providers Verizon, ATt&T, T-Mobile, as well as some smaller local providers are experiencing a massive outage across the United States. This will impact the ProSeries program in regards to customer receiving MFA codes, as well as messages indicating ProSeries is not connected to the Internet.

    as of this afternoon I cannot log into my account and customer support is closed. Is pro series down?

    Use all your words & explain what happens (or doesn't happen). 

    Then maybe one of the *volunteers* who are hanging around this late on a holiday get-away day might be able to help.

    All is fine as far as I know - I was able to login yesterday. Are you still having issues logging in today? If so can you detail what you are experiencing? Is it not accepting your password, is the login screen not coming up, is it just spinning after you enter your credentials, etc.
