cannot file 2017 return in 2021

Hello!  I'm trying to file a client's previous year return (2017). I've been able to eenter all the info and compile it, but the program will not send the return.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled Proseries 17. It appears to be fully updated.  Any other suggestions?

Only 2018,2019 and 2020 can be efiled.  For 2017 you will need to mail it in.

    Efiling is always current year and 2 years prior.
