partnership returns - cannot efile - Error message is "RETURN IS SELECTED. PLEASE COMPLETE THE EXTENSION FOR THE RETURN FIRST. IF THE EXTENSION HAS BEEN COMPLETED, OPEN THE RETURN NAVIGATE TO STATE/CITY AND SAVE THE RETURN"

Have you pulled the extension acknowledgment?
I remember seeing another post with this problem.....not sure if it was resolved
