CA partnership form 565 looks like I can electronically file, but top of the form in red it says - DO NOT FILE. Review of return looks okay to. Is this form ready to electronically file?

You can look all form dates at https://myproconnect.intuit.com/releasedates Once you select type and state look to Form Info and they will be listed, also indicating efileability (my new word)

Known issue they are looking into as to why the forms are ready per FTB yet Intuit says they arent. Two recent threads on the issue...

Customer service says the form will be ready and software updated on 2/25. I called for another issue and asked her to look this up. Same with California Non Profit. FTB website still says form not ready as of today.
