990 printing
I can't seem to print a 990 without paying, and I already paid for "x" number of business returns. I was on the phone 2 hours Friday with at/home tech person who really didn't know as much as she should have about the program, promised to set it up as an "incident" and email me, which never happened. Anyway, have any of you'al had this problem? When I check tools and licensing, it definitely says I have plenty of business returns left. There is no reason to have to pay for something I've already paid for, so I think it is a programming issue with the printing not recognizing the 990 as a business return.
