1099 r summary incorrect

The 1099 R summary is showing an incorrect distribution amount.  Lines 22 and 25 are correct, but line 

25 C is higher and incorrect.  This number is being transferred to the 8915 E.   The taxable amount on the 1040 is moving over correctly, but where is the incorrect number coming from?

Can you Right click on the figure and Cross Reference?

Yea, the 1099R summary doesn't look right for me either, the 1040 and 8915E do though, so that's all Im worried about.
