1040V

Why is the software printing a 1040V form when the balance due is being paid electronically?

I believe that was a glitch that popped up over the summer that evidently hasn’t been fixed yet.

You could always make it via IRS DIrectPay if they makes you feel more confident about it....I like that DirectPay gives a confirmation page
