WV Trust Return, Efiling not including $50 Composite Return Processing Fee

WV Trust tax return with 100% non-resident beneficiaries filing form NRC, WV Nonresident Composite Income tax return, which includes a $50 Filing Fee. Total Income tax is $200, Filing Fee is $50, total due is $250.

Direct Deposit amount on WV Information Worksheet shows $200 and I cannot override to $250.

Is my only option to file an extension and pay $250, then apply the $250 to the final return?

The filing fee should be paid separate from the tax due on the return and not included in the amount paid on the information worksheet. There is also a canned paragraph in the client letter that can be used for where to file the form separate from the tax return.
