Why is the Amended return not converting for efile?

I'm trying to efile a 2019 Amended return. It says it's ready and when I try to efile it, It comes back as "Return Conversion failed"

Update your program.   

And be sure youve got a current Efile PIN date entered, not the one from when it was originally Efiled....you want to insert the date they signed the new 8879 for the amended return.

Yep. Did all that. Still rejecting it saying "Amended return conversion failed"

Did you Efile the original return? and youre using that same original file for the amended?
