Why is proseries looking for a school district code on form SD100 when and SD 100 form is not needed?

This error is not allowing me to e-file the Ohio IT-1040.

I started receiving this error after the last update also. I rarely need to file a school district return based on where I am located in Ohio so I have been doing the following:

If you don't need to file a school district tax return with the Ohio return check the box on the school district return to "Suppress this copy of Form SD 100".

Same here,

Pops up on all returns as an error, can't efile any returns unless you suppress the SD100 form. Have to fix every return.
