why is my efile disabled?

Ive been preparing returns and getting them ready for efile. They were showing up in my efile grid until a few days ago. and now I cant efile or go to efile tab to get acknowledgements .Its all shaded grey.

I just want to add that I've gone to my account to make sure my efin was verified and it is. Also I have all efile capabilities on another stand alone.

check on PTIN verification, I had the same problem and the error was stating PTIN is not verified. all you have to do is to firm/preparer from any return, >>> Quickzoom >>> check the box stating PTIN is correct!!
