Why is 8867 generating when EIC, ACA, HOH, etc not applicable?

I have a client who has Form 8867 generating with errors. Client is not eligible for EIC, is not a student, files as Single, etc. I do not understand why the 8867 is generating and can't figure out how to clear it from this client for filing as it is not needed.

If you truly believe you've entered everything correctly, you may want to try deleting that file and start from scratch. <---this assumes its a simple return.
