Why Form 1040NR release so late every year?
Same like previous years, this year also Form 1040NR is being released late. But this year Form 1040NR form is going to be final on March 3 which is too late. My most of the clients are nonresident filer and it's very difficult for me to ask them to wait until March 3. Though Proseries charge extra money for 1040NR Package, why are they not paying attention on it and release so late every year?
