Why doesn't he 568 carry over all the basic info each year?!?

Every year I have to put in the date business started, and the business activity and product/service... the name address and business code all transfer, why wouldn't the date started transfer, it NEVER CHANGES!

    You are aware that this is INTUIT you are talking about.  The company that DOES NOT LISTEN to their clients or produce a good product.  Look at this web site.  How many years has it been and it still doesn't work correctly.  I remember how the guy that wrote made a big deal about how it will be done right.
