Why can't I e-file a DE individual return

I continue to get an error when trying to e-file an individual DE state tax return with a PA return pdf attachment.

Does DE not accept e-filed returns?

Do you have the option of selecting "Return Ready to EF" ?   Are you getting an error before it will transmit or a rejection after transmitting?

    They accept them, but maybe it doesn't like the attachment.  Do you have the PA return linked as "other state return" in the drop down box for pdf attachments?

      No, I ended up filing the return on the DE website.

      I couldn't get rid of the error.
