Thanks for the reply.  The problem was my server and cookies.  I was able to make adjustments to my computer security.

Have you read that warning that pops up when you first access it?

They keep record of IPs accessing WMR, if youre continuously checking multiple peoples accounts from the same IP, they may block you out.   

Let your clients check it themselves.
