When will 2020 TX Franchise be available for efiling

Unable to efile 2020 TX Franchise returns, it doesn't show a date.  It gives me a link, which is invalid

Right now it looks like Feb 14th is the magical date.

      Have you been able to efile your Texas Franchise Reports? I got an error today, 02/20/2021 (when I saw in the replies that they thought it would be available by Feb 14th.) Please advise. Thanks!
