unable to send esignature request with docusign

I want to send an e-signature request to client, but DocuSign stay in a blank window and don't show me any message

Seems like esignature is working about as well as a 1975 Chevy Vega based on the number of folks posting about issues here.

    Hi everyone: I fixed this issue when I delete the original signature request and create a new one. Maybe other cause would be the original tax return was single and now is merry, and I create the new one on transfer 2018 file, I suppose to is better option create a new tax return.
