trying to send esignature request

I want to get signatures before i efile return

I get the request but then nothing happens

I want the signature before filing but there are no instructions on how to send to the client

please help

Google this :     step by step instructions for ProSeries e-signature

there are tutorial videos available.     This was first year I used eSignature so I watched a couple of these myself

    this is an INTUIT problem
