transmitting an efile conversion file

I get what appears to be a successful efile conversion of a tax return but it does not transmit! Any ideas?

does it have any attachments? if so, the file may be too large, you may consider rescanning at a lower resolution.

If youre trying to Efile from within the client file, try it from the EFCenter instead.
