transferring rates per form from previous year

I can't get my rates per form to transfer from the prior year to the 2022 product...I have used the transfer command "transfer preparer and billing information" a few times now with no success.

Has anyone else experienced this situation?

Any help would be much appreciated...

May need to wait for a program update.

    or just open a return and I think it is tools, billing and update your rates
