Transcript Update Question
Does anyone know how often / how soon does IRS update transcript information. Thinking of using a transcript service to automatically download transcripts so when client "forgets" this interest/dividend paying account or what they paid in estimated taxes, received in stimulus benefits, etc. I can see what the IRS has on file? Tired of CP2000 and other notices that could be easily avoided.
